East Harlem Coalition Against Domestic Violence

In 1985, a group of services providerss concerned with the problem of domestic violence within the East HArlem Community, came together to form the East HArlem COalition Against Domestic Violence (EHCADV). The EHCADV mission is to educate our community on the issue of domestic violence, advocate for better treatment of survivors. The EHCADV members includes representatives of hospital, battered women's program, the District Attorney's Office, reprewentatives of the legal services and community based organizations.
