InterCommunity, Inc. is a non-profit health organization dedicated to providing quality primary care, mental health care and addiction recovery services to members of the Greater Hartford community. InterCommunity treats thousands of adults, children and families each year, regardless of where they live or their ability to pay for services. We offer patients immediate access to superior integrated care that addresses all of their health needs in a safe, supportive environment where they can heal, recover and maintain their health over time. Most importantly, we treat every patient with the kind of care and respect that everyone deserves, and we have done this for 40 years.
