Shelter Arm Organisation (SAO) is a non-governmental and not for profit Organisation which was born as a concern for multiple community needs (Climate change, Poverty, Unemployment, High OVC burden, Gender Inequality, Low school retention, Poor Health and Hunger) that act in a vicious cycle. SAO is a coalition of Professional Unemployed Youths who feel have something to give back to the community and are currently working as volunteers in various Organisations. We are supported by a team of voluntary practicing professionals in areas of Health, Education, Agriculture and Environment. SAO is currently supported by community well-wishers who feel have something to give back to the community.

We envision a society where the vulnerable groups of people are empowered to attain quality life for self sustenance.

Our Mission is to improve the Qualities of life of the vulnerable Communities through Capacity Building.

We serve the Orphans and vulnerable children, vulnerable and needy households, groups of special need and hard to reach areas.
