At Civicom Aid, we are a community-driven international NGO committed to empowering vulnerable groups through practical, inclusive, and sustainable development programs. Our mission is to create real opportunities that transform lives—especially for out-of-school children, unemployed youth, smallholder farmers, and aspiring entrepreneurs in underserved communities.

We believe in dignity through self-reliance, the power of education, and partnerships that uplift entire communities. Our five flagship programs reflect these values in action:

• The Agripreneur Pathway Program equips small-scale farmers with modern agricultural skills and tools to boost productivity and reach better markets.
• The Entrepreneurs Pathway Program provides business training, mentorship, and startup support to help youth and women launch and grow viable enterprises.
• The Youth Pathway Program delivers life skills, vocational training, and leadership development to prepare young people for meaningful careers.
• The Build a School Program constructs and improves rural learning environments to ensure children have access to quality education.
• The Sponsor a Child Program links generous sponsors with children in need, helping them access education, healthcare, and essential support.

To guide our mission and track our impact, we focus on three Goals :

1. Increase school enrollment among vulnerable children by 40% across our targeted rural regions.
2. Train and empower 1,000 young agripreneurs and entrepreneurs annually to boost household incomes and economic independence.
3. Expand access to quality learning facilities by building or upgrading 10 community schools each year.

Through these targeted efforts, we improve livelihoods, promote self-sufficiency, and foster hope for individuals and families working toward a better future.
