The Teaching & Leading Initiative of Oklahoma (TLI) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving the human capital needs of Oklahoma schools. TLI’s focus is two-fold: 1) supporting schools and districts in growing the instructional capacity of their novice teachers and 2) supporting schools and districts in system-wide lifts in instructional leadership.
We work with districts, schools, and leaders across Oklahoma.
