Willa Road Children's Center

We are a small childcare facility located within walking distance of University of Delaware. Our mission statement- "We believe in the inherent worth and dignity of each individual child and staff member and foster an environment of diversity." We serve all children of different backgrounds, nationalities and income levels. While we do not own our space our landlords maintain a habitat friendly property and our building is made of sustainable materials as much as was possible when it was constructed. We try very hard to pay living wages in a field which has nearly the lowest profit margin of any in the US and our retention rate is far above the industry average. We pride ourselves on being a family: being a parent is hard, we try to ease the way and support our families.
