Celeste Beauty Academy is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit building a cosmetology-focused charter high school set to open in 2027 in Charlotte, NC.

Celeste Beauty Academy (CBA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Charlotte, North Carolina, dedicated to empowering the next generation of beautypreneurs through education, mentorship, and entrepreneurship. Our goal is to launch a tuition-free public charter high school by 2027 that integrates cosmetology, business, and career readiness into a comprehensive 9–12 academic program.

We primarily serve underserved and underrepresented youth, with a focus on providing access to hands-on training, financial literacy, and real-world experience in the beauty industry. Our approach combines technical skill development with leadership and entrepreneurial education, preparing students for both licensure and long-term career success.

At our core, CBA values empowerment, creativity, community impact, and economic independence. We are committed to building not just a school, but a sustainable ecosystem that includes education, workforce development, and community programming to create lasting opportunities for our students and the communities we serve.
