The NorthWoods Stewardship Center is a non-profit organization that provides high-quality scientific, educational and conservation service programs in northeastern Vermont. NorthWoods’ mission of fostering long-term stewardship of human and natural communities is achieved through the integration of its three program areas: conservation science, education and outdoor recreation, and conservation service. It is the synergy of these programs that helps create responsible and informed citizens capable of sustaining vibrant communities and a healthier natural environment.
