Hope And A Home, Inc

Hope and a Home is a transitional housing program for families in Washington, DC. Families live in our highly subsidized properties for up to three years while working with our caseworkers to address their barriers to success and independence. All families work with our education staff to set up an education plan for the entire family -- which includes appropriate school placements for their children in good-performing schools, as well an educational, certification or vocational program for adults.
