BUTTERFLIES & ROSES CANCER SUPPORT

Butterflies and Roses cancer support began in 2019 to offer loving support, beauty tips, wigs, and Skin Care to those fighting cancer. Our main fundraiser each year is a golf tournament. We have had three tournaments thus far. Other than that, we collect donations when and wherever we can. We would like to have more fundraisers, however, we need more help to achieve this goal. We have a small board and need more board members and volunteers to help us facilitate more fundraisers. Each year our influx of cancer patients has increased about 20%. This coming year we gauge to see an increase of 30 to 50 more clients, as more hospitals are starting to refer us. Our fundraising efforts go to pay for complimentary services that include haircuts, head shaves, and consultations. However, our bulk monetary donations go to buying new and beautiful wigs for cancer patients, as well as , at no cost, supplies, skin care and makeup to those who need it.
