Misión
The mission of the Fair Trade Chamber Music Society is to secure a place for classical music in today’s society by fairly compensating musicians for their artistic endeavors and by seeking new ways to connect with and inspire our audiences. By performing diverse repertoire in non-traditional venues and creating accessible and educational programs for young audiences, we believe we will increase the value of classical music while promoting its sustainability and inspiring budding classical music lovers.

Why "Fair Trade"? Inspired by the Fair Trade social movement, we believe that by fairly compensating musicians for their artistic endeavors, we will increase the value of the music being performed and therefore help secure a place for classical music in today’s society. We specialize in creating accessible performances for all audiences and have a mission to champion the works of living female composers alongside the standard chamber music canon.
What is a Chamber Music Society? We have a trio of core musicians who perform in most concerts but we also regularly include our amazing colleagues in our performances.
