Vancouver Arena

Vancouver Arena is a Vancouver, Washington-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to building community through free, inclusive events that connect people, support local businesses, and encourage exploration of our city.

Since 2017, Vancouver Arena has hosted more than 100 free monthly Community Day events throughout Clark County, bringing together thousands of residents, families, and visitors. These recurring events provide opportunities for social connection, outdoor activity, volunteerism, and community engagement in a welcoming environment for participants of all ages.

In addition to our monthly Community Days, Vancouver Arena produces larger community festivals and special events that highlight local businesses, artists, nonprofit organizations, and public spaces throughout Vancouver. Our events encourage visitors to explore Downtown Vancouver, the Waterfront, parks, and local destinations while fostering positive community connections.

Our largest annual event, the Vancouver GoFest Celebration, transforms Downtown Vancouver and the Waterfront into a citywide interactive experience featuring local businesses, artists, entertainment, family activities, vendors, and volunteer opportunities. In 2025, the event attracted more than 10,000 attendees and generated significant visitor activity throughout the community.

We believe strong communities are built through shared experiences, volunteerism, and partnerships that support both residents and local businesses.

Vancouver Arena is a volunteer-led 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Vancouver, Washington. Our goal is simple: create opportunities for people to connect, explore their community, and build friendships through fun, welcoming events.

What began as a small local Pokémon GO group has grown into one of the largest community gaming groups in the Pacific Northwest. Over the past eight years, we have organized more than 100 free monthly Community Day events, bringing together residents and visitors of all ages and backgrounds.

Our events encourage participants to explore local parks, downtown districts, and small businesses while fostering positive social connections and outdoor activity. We work closely with local businesses, artists, nonprofits, community organizations, and volunteers to create experiences that are accessible, family-friendly, and inclusive.

In addition to our monthly Community Days, Vancouver Arena produces larger community events such as the Vancouver GoFest Celebration, which attracts thousands of attendees to Downtown Vancouver and the Waterfront each year. These events showcase local businesses, artists, entertainers, vendors, and community partners while generating significant economic activity for the region.
