The mission of SGSM Network is to increase the quality of life while maximizing the talents of older adults in St. Louis. By increasing quality of life, we promote successful aging by supporting our seniors to live safely in their homes, lead a physically and spiritually active life, and remain socially engaged in their community. We do this by coordinating three categories of support: health, social, and spiritual support.
