At the Tulsa SPCA, our mission is to improve the lives of dogs and cats within our community and foster mutual well being. Our hope is that, through community engagement, by 2025 the rate at which dogs and cats are neglected, abused, or unnecessarily euthanized will be reduced. We have many exciting and fulfilling volunteer opportunities available, and our volunteers are vital to our success in achieving our mission. "We speak for those who cannot speak for themselves."
