To celebrate and nurture the arts and cultural heritage of African-Americans to benefit the human, community and economic development of all in the Greater MidSouth. It's vision is to offer a community-based multi-disciplinary arts mecca for Memphians and visitors to grow, have fun and profit, creatively; and, to impact rebuilding of the community thru programs which foster appreciation of diversity within and outside the Black community.
