Martha's Place/Intersection of Change

Martha's Place is a MD state-certified recovery program that offers both six-month transitional and long-term housing. Martha's Place serves women struggling with drug addiction by providing a structured recovery program to help clients maintain sobriety and develop life-skills vital for independent living. The six-month transitional phase of Martha's Place serves 30-35 women annually with another 10 served in the long-term phase of the program. Services include addiction counseling, housing, life skills training, money management and referrals as needed for other social services.
