Fenix Family Health Center is an innovative community health center serving
primarily Hispanic families of all ages. 50% of our patients are children and
adolescents. We offer holistic care with an emphasis on disease prevention and
healthy lifestyle. We strive to offer care that is affordable, accessible and
culturally sensitive. Continuity of care with the same clinician is valued. Our
clinicians are advanced nurse practitioners, a midwife and a family practice
physician. The team also includes a social worker, nutritionist, medical
assistant, ultrasound tech, business manager; chiropractic and dental services
are in close proximity to the clinic. Highwood, IL is located on Chicago’s
