Junta for Progressive Action/Para Accion Progresiva

Junta provides services, programs and advocacy that improve the social, political and economic conditions of the Latino community in greater New Haven. The organization also aims to nurture and promote its cultural traditions while building bridges with other communities.

Junta has programs in the following areas:

Education (ESL, GED, Computer Classes, Adult Literacy), Housing, Employment, Economic Development, Legal Services, Mental Health Advocacy, Afterschool Program, Translation Services, Cultural Awareness
