The Diabetes Link (formerly College Diabetes Network) is committed to serving all young adults with diabetes and are embarking on an exciting growth phase. Partnerships are integral to help ensure we can reach and serve all young adults with diabetes including those without access to in person peer support on college campuses, and young adults with other forms of diabetes.
