Step Up Tutoring drives student success by providing virtual high-impact tutoring and mentorship to 2nd-6th grade students in under-resourced communities.
We recruit and train mission-driven tutors to work with students one-on-one, pairing adaptive learning technology with individualized support to drive academic gains, boost habits of success, and foster positive relationships.

Step Up Tutoring is a non-profit organization that drives student success in under-resourced communities by providing free virtual tutoring and mentorship to elementary school students. Step Up recruits, trains, and supports tutors to deliver virtual high-impact tutoring for students in grades 2nd-6th.
Responsibilities:
- Work virtually with a student in 2nd-6th grade, for 45 minutes, twice a week
- Focus on building fundamental math and literacy skills using evidence-based online programs
