endPoverty.org

endPoverty.org is a faith-based, 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to enabling the working poor in the developing world to lift themselves out of poverty.

We accomplish this goal by:

1) Providing small loans to poor entrepreneurs with limited access to capital.

2) Offering vocational training to individuals in impoverished communities expressing a desire to start and maintain their own businesses.

3) Providing ongoing mentorship and community support networks to borrowers to help ensure their micro-business success and personal growth.

We are closely partnered with local microfinance and development institutions in 12 countries throughout Africa, Asia, Latin America and Eastern Europe.

Whether it is coordinating an HIV/AIDS prevention campaign with our local partner in Uganda or establishing a microenterprise development program targeted at poor Muslims in the Mindanao region of the Philippines, we are firmly committed to providing a holistic "hand-up" to people in need, regardless of race, gender, religion or creed.
