WILLING HANDS ENTERPRISES

At Willing Hands, we collect and harvest perishable food from food recovery partners throughout the Upper Valley of Vermont and New Hampshire. These partners include grocery stores, produce wholesalers, bakeries, volunteer-led gardens, and local farms. We also glean crops from our partner farms and grow fresh produce in our own gardens.

Then, we distribute this food to more than 80 social service organizations, including food shelves, community meal sites, shelters/transitional and income-qualified housing developments, senior centers, and nonprofits serving those at risk of food insecurity throughout the region. Through these partnerships, Willing Hands reaches over 30,000 people per year.

Willing Hands could not do this work without the contributions of many generous volunteers who help harvest food at our gleans, grow food in our gardens, and support the logistics of our operations.
