CDEL has a “Dual Mission” in serving the legal community and the legal profession: 1) CDEL provides pro bono legal services for the elderly and disabled in Chicago and Cook County. 2) CDEL helps to foster the Culture of Pro Bono within Chicagoland’s legal community. In a society that often does not provide adequate access to services to those in the greatest need, Pro Bono CDEL strives to aid disadvantaged seniors and the disabled to obtain the necessary legal services.
