Glorify God and display the love of Jesus Christ by feeding the hungry, healing the sick, and clothing the needy in Jacksonville.

Community Health Outreach encompasses four vital ministries, each dedicated to serving the needs of the whole family:

- The Lord’s Pantry: Offering free food assistance to families facing hunger in our community.

- Baby Luv: Providing essential items like diapers, formula, and baby clothing to families with infants and young children.

- Healing Hands Medical Clinic: Delivering quality healthcare to uninsured and low-income individuals.

- Healing Hands Dental Clinic: Ensuring access to vital dental care for those without insurance or financial means.
