PROMISE KEPT THERAPEUTIC RIDING CENTER INC

Equine-assisted activities and therapies have long been recognized as being beneficial to those with physical, mental, and behavioral impairments. Horseback riding improves core strength, speaking ability, confidence, and balance.

Promise Kept is providing therapy through its partnership with Pine Lake Pastures. Their gentle, well-trained horses and peaceful atmosphere are ideal.

Promise Kept offers therapeutic riding sessions lasting approximately 45 minutes to one hour, depending on the needs and desires of the rider.

We accept riders as young as 2 years old. For the very young or those with poor muscle control or balance, we offer an experienced person riding behind them on the horse, providing safety and security. We have many different size horses and saddles available to accommodate riders of almost any size and ability.
