LA Compost

As a community-based non-profit, we are dedicated to ensuring a healthy transition where food is never wasted but instead returned to the soil for the next cycle of life. In collaboration with a diverse network of partners throughout LA County, we create spaces for local compost access and engagement, promote restorative practices, and empower our community. If you have been dreaming about getting involved in community composting, we invite you to volunteer with us. Our team members are extremely knowledgeable and can support you on your composting journey, no matter where you are starting.
