Urban renewal, for GCEG, is understood as the process of strengthening any structural, environmental, economic, social, educational, or other resource for the purpose of transforming a community. This process includes not only improving a community’s infrastructure, housing, and environmental elements, but also building the confidence, motivation, and ability of its people to create social and physical resources for themselves. most expecialy in Africa regions.
