The Alexandria/Arlington CASA program is a program of Stop Child Abuse Now (SCAN) of Northern Virginia, a nonprofit organization dedicated to the well-being of children.

SCAN trains volunteers to be Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) to advocate on behalf of children in the juvenile court system.
