spcaLA is dedicated to preventing cruelty to animals through Education, Law Enforcement, Intervention and Advocacy. There is no national spca or humane society, nor does spcaLA receive government support.
Donations fund services like animal cruelty investigations, disaster response, violence-prevention, companion animal adoptions and a host of shelter programs.
