Hunt Hill offers area residents, students, and visitors the opportunity to explore music, art, cuisine, crafts and literature in a splendid setting of historic farm buildings and permanently protected open space in the heart of Connecticut’s Northwest Corner.
Hunt Hill Farm was founded in 2003 as a nonprofit organization, in affiliation with the Smithsonian Institution with founding gifts from Ruth and Skitch Henderson. Currently, Hunt Hill Farm is home to the award-winning Silo Cooking School, The Silo Store, The Silo Gallery and the Skitch Henderson Museum.
Housed in a series of connected and converted hay barns, c.1800, listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the facility lies on 1.56 acres in the center of a protected corridor of open space and farmland in the Northville section of New Milford.
