Sunday Conservation Project Days — Green Crew

Spend a Sunday afternoon doing real conservation work with the Green Crew. Project days rotate through the work the watershed needs: checking BioWatch trail cameras, inventorying elm trees for a restoration project, planting and overseeding native species, removing invasive plants, and testing water quality. No experience needed — youth leaders run the day and will teach you what you need to know. Come once or come every week. All ages welcome; youth under 16 with an adult. The Green Crew is a youth-led science-based environmental leadership and conservation service program, and a proud program of the Minnesota Valley Chapter of the Izaak Walton League of America.
