Partner in Employment's Refugee Youth Mentorship Program matches a community-based mentor with a newly arrived immigrant/refugee youth ages 15-24 in South King County, who will support their integration into a new country and help them thrive. In a trusting one-to-one relationship, these young people will have someone to seek advice in achieving education and career development goals, as well as fostering interpersonal skills and positive identity development. Mentors play a crucial role in youth confidence building through patience, encouragement, and dedication.
