    About Greater IMPACT Church

Greater IMPACT Church is a Christ-centered ministry committed to sharing the love, truth, and transforming power of Jesus Christ. We are building a faith-filled community and preparing to expand into a local church presence. We seek skilled professionals who want to make a lasting impact by serving the mission of the church. Volunteer Ministry Workers are valued partners whose professional knowledge strengthens our ministry infrastructure and helps connect people with the life of the church.

    Engagement Overview

The Director of Marketing leads Greater IMPACT Church's marketing and communications strategy as the church prepares for local launch and continued growth. This role protects the church's brand, translates ministry priorities into clear campaigns and content, and helps the church reach new people, inform the congregation, and strengthen community engagement.

    Scope of Services

    • Develop and maintain an integrated marketing strategy that supports the church's mission, ministry priorities, growth goals, and local launch.
    • Steward the Greater IMPACT Church brand and ensure consistent messaging, visual identity, voice, and standards across all communications.
    • Create and manage a marketing calendar and coordinated campaigns for worship services, ministries, events, outreach, and launch initiatives.
    • Oversee the church website, social media, email communications, digital content, community listings, and local promotional materials.
    • Develop or coordinate written copy, graphics, photography, video, print collateral, and other campaign assets in collaboration with ministry partners.
    • Partner with pastoral and ministry leaders to identify communication needs, gather accurate information, and deliver timely, audience-appropriate messaging.
    • Recruit, onboard, organize, and support volunteer marketing and creative contributors through clear workflows, standards, assignments, and deadlines.
    • Monitor campaign reach, engagement, response, and other relevant measures; share insights and recommend improvements to church leadership.

    Professional Qualifications

    • A mature, growing relationship with Jesus Christ, a life of integrity, and commitment to Greater IMPACT Church's statement of faith, mission, values, and leadership.
    • Demonstrated experience in marketing, communications, branding, digital media, public relations, content strategy, or a related discipline.
    • Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and visual-communication judgment with the ability to adapt messages for different audiences and channels.
    • Strong organizational and project-management skills, including the ability to manage campaigns, calendars, contributors, priorities, and deadlines.
    • Working knowledge of contemporary marketing platforms, content-production tools, social media practices, website management, and performance analytics.
    • Collaborative leadership skills, sound judgment, discretion, reliability, and willingness to complete required screening, training, and confidentiality commitments.
