Want to make your Summer Vacation Saturdays unforgettable? The Baseball Innovation League Association is looking for energetic volunteers to join us for our Baseball Innovacation Camp in Katy, TX.

What is Innovacation? It's where baseball fundamentals meet fresh, innovative training—all wrapped into a fun-filled summer experience for young athletes. And we need your help to make it happen.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

• On-Field Energy: Assist coaches with drills, skill stations, and warm-ups. No experience needed—just enthusiasm and a willingness to jump in.
• Camper Connection: Motivate young players, keep them engaged, and ensure they're having the time of their lives.
• First Impressions: Help with camper check-in, greet families, and hand out materials at registration.
• Gear Crew: Assist with setting up, organizing, and packing up equipment (bats, balls, tees, cones, etc.).
• All-Hands Support: Step in wherever needed to keep camp running safely and smoothly.

Who You Are (Qualifications)

• Friendly, upbeat, and reliable.
• Enjoy working with kids (elementary and middle school ages).
• No baseball or coaching experience required—just a positive attitude.
• High school students (seeking volunteer hours), college students, parents, or local community members are all welcome.
• Ready to be active outdoors for up to 5 hours in summer weather.
