Volunteer Opportunities

Administrative / Organizational Volunteer

Support our team behind the scenes by assisting with light office tasks such as data entry, assembling information packets, preparing cards for clients, organizing materials, or helping with special projects. Volunteers may also help with delivering essential supplies to seniors and bringing cakes or small treats to celebrate residents’ birthdays, creating warm, personal moments that make seniors feel remembered and valued. Your contributions help us serve seniors more efficiently and with greater care.

Senior Companion Volunteer

Spend time with seniors who may feel isolated or simply enjoy friendly company. Activities may include reading together, playing games, sharing hobbies, having conversations, or providing a comforting presence. Volunteers may also assist with simple household tasks, such as light cleaning, tidying, mowing the lawn, or walking the senior’s dog, helping them maintain a safe, comfortable, and supported home environment. Your visits can bring joy, reduce loneliness, and offer meaningful social connection.

Pet Therapy Volunteer

Share the comfort and companionship of your certified therapy animal with seniors who benefit from emotional support and joyful interaction. No senior‑care experience is required—just a certified, well‑behaved, and vaccinated pet. These visits often create heartwarming moments and brighten the day for residents who love animals.

Music Volunteer

Use your musical talents to uplift seniors and create moments of peace, nostalgia, and joy. Whether you sing, play an instrument, or perform small concerts, your gift of music can brighten someone’s entire day.

Qualifications

• A genuine desire to serve seniors and support their well‑being.
• Demonstrates compassion, empathy, and respect for individuals from all backgrounds.
• Comfortable interacting with older adults and honoring their unique needs and experiences.
• Preferred if volunteer has a High School Diploma.
• Must have a current driver license.
• Must be able to meet background check requirements.
