Volunteer Manager for Online Store

The Online Store Manager plays a key role in shaping GARC’s brand and generating revenue that directly supports our rescue efforts. This position is responsible for creating final designs for promotional apparel and merchandise, preparing files in the high‑resolution formats required by our fulfillment partner (Printful), and managing the online store through Printful and Square. The ideal candidate has retail experience, SEO knowledge, and strong design skills.

Responsibilities

• Design apparel and merchandise incorporating the GARC logo and brand identity
• Prepare and upload high‑resolution designs to Printful for items such as t‑shirts, tote bags, mugs, hats, and other branded merchandise
• Manage and update the online store using Printful and Square
• Stay informed on Printful’s educational resources to improve product quality and increase sales
• Promote seasonal sales and new merchandise drops to boost visibility and engagement
