Be the Smile of the Red Cross: Front Desk Admin Support

Be a part of our superhero Front Desk Squad and be the first point of contact for clients, volunteers, and partners reaching out to the American Red Cross. As a part of our Operations Team, you'll answer phones and greet visitors while helping with other activities in our chapter office.

Provide support to one of the world's most respected humanitarian organizations by greeting visitors and clients at our front desk and on the phone, as well as assisting with other office tasks.

Volunteers for our Front Desk squad are needed Tuesdays and Thursdays during business hours - your time from 9am through 2pm is especially appreciated!

No experience is needed to join our team. If you bring a smile and a willing heart, we'll provide all the training that you need.
