Autism Today Foundation empowers autistic and neurodivergent people and their families through education, advocacy, and community engagement. We operate three websites: autismtoday.org, autismtoday.com, and autismtoday.com/exceptionalresources.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Website Content Manager to lead the Marketing Department and run day-to-day content operations across our three sites. You will coordinate the Marketing divisions to publish updates in unison and use clear metrics to grow traffic and increase returning visitors. You will work closely with the WordPress, SEO, Graphic Design, Video, Animation, Social Media, Blog, and Newsletter teams and partner with leadership to keep projects on strategy and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, update, and publish pages across our three websites

Lead the editorial workflow from intake to publish

Apply on-page SEO and basic accessibility best practices

Collect, organize, and publish stories from volunteers, parents, experts, and autistic or neurodivergent community members in video and written formats

Coordinate with all Marketing divisions to keep campaigns and pages consistent with the brand

Measure results using GA4 and UTM tracking

What We Are Looking For

Proven experience leading a marketing department

Web publishing skills with hands-on WordPress page building

Strong editorial judgment and on-page SEO experience

Solid project management and prioritization skills

Collaboration skills to work with all Marketing leads and publish coordinated updates across channels

Analytics basics, including GA4 and Search Console, and use of UTMs to track results
