Wellness Re-assessment Volunteer

Senior Connections (Superior, Douglas County) is looking for Wellness Reassessment Volunteer. These volunteers will conduct in-home reassessments for Meals on Wheels participants. Volunteers visit older adults in their homes, review reassessment paperwork, and provide information about available community resources. If you enjoy helping others and have a kind demeanor with a willingness to listen, this may be the perfect opportunity for you. Online training is provided. Help ensure local seniors continue receiving the services they rely on while making a meaningful difference in your community. These volunteers will work during the week, Monday - Friday between 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Background checks will be required along with training.
