Responsibilities
- Conduct screenings and interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our culture and opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications
- 4+ years of recruiting experience, with 3+ focused in design or creative roles.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with recruiting tools (LinkedIn) and project management software.
