Caring and Compassionate Helper Wanted

We are looking for people with caring hearts who want to make a difference in the Defiance, OH region.

Elara Caring Hospice is in need of compassionate volunteers who are willing to meet with our hospice patients in local nursing homes, assisted living facilities or their own homes. There are several activities that you can do with patients during your visits including: providing companionship, playing games, coloring pictures, listening to music, capturing their life story, simply sitting with them, holding their hand, and / or providing support in other ways.
