Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR compliance programs, policies, and procedures to ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations, including compliance with USA labor laws.
- Create and revise HR policies to promote compliance and inclusivity within the organization.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of HR practices to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance and training to HR staff and management on compliance-related issues, including equal employment opportunity, workplace harassment, and labor laws specific to the USA.
- Serve as a key resource for interpreting and applying new HR laws, regulations, and policies, particularly those relevant to the USA labor landscape.
- Collaborate with various departments to promote a healthy, respectful, and compliant workplace culture.
- Monitor changes in legislation related to employment and labor laws, including updates to USA labor laws, and make recommendations for updates to company policies.
- Address compliance-related inquiries and issues, facilitating resolutions in compliance with company policies.
