The Operations Leadership Team keeps EduSpark Foundation running smoothly behind the scenes. Members focus on organization, systems, and internal processes that support all programs.
Responsibilities:
- Help organize internal documents and systems
- Assist with volunteer tracking and onboarding processes
- Support event logistics and planning
- Identify ways to improve efficiency across the nonprofit
