Position Type: Volunteer
Location: Framingham, MA
Time Commitment: 2–4 hours per week
Role Summary:
Peer Mentors provide encouragement and accountability using lived experience, while maintaining clear non-clinical boundaries.
Responsibilities:
- Provide peer encouragement and motivation
- Participate in group discussions
- Model positive community engagement
- Maintain appropriate boundaries and confidentiality
Qualifications:
- Lived experience with recovery or reentry preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to maintain boundaries
