Descripción
- Own the editorial calendar across newsletter, social, website, and email
- Pitch and manage earned media; prepare spokespeople and maintain the press list
- Apply and enforce nonpartisan language guardrails on all public content, including partner and volunteer materials
- Run the consent process for community storytelling: written releases, right to review, right to withdraw
- Maintain brand, voice, and accessibility standards, including translation for the languages your community speaks
- Produce the annual report and campaign materials with program and development input
- Manage crisis and rapid-response communications, with a clear escalation path to the ED
- Track reach and engagement metrics tied to program goals, not vanity numbers
