Content Writer / Editor

Overview:

The Content Writer & Editor crafts the voice of TROA across digital and print mediums. This role is responsible for producing compelling, authentic, and emotionally resonant content that captures TROA’s mission and human impact.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Write blogs, press releases, newsletters, and internal communications.
• Edit and proofread content for clarity, tone, and accuracy.
• Collaborate with leadership to produce statements, speeches, and updates.
• Support fundraising and advocacy campaigns with written materials.
• Ensure consistency across platforms, reflecting TROA’s mission and values.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong background in writing, editing, or communications.
• Excellent grammar, tone awareness, and storytelling ability.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and quick turnaround timelines.
• Familiarity with nonprofit messaging or cause-based writing.
