We are seeking a creative, reliable, and mission-aligned Social Media Manager to help grow our digital presence and amplify our impact.

📱 Position Overview

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and growing She Is Undefeated Inc.’s social media platforms, creating engaging content, and helping tell our story in an authentic and compelling way. This role works closely with leadership to support programs, events, fundraising campaigns, and community outreach.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)
• Create and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, captions)
• Develop a consistent brand voice aligned with the organization’s mission
• Promote events, programs, fundraisers, and community initiatives
• Capture and/or repurpose content from events (photos, short videos)
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages professionally
• Track basic analytics and report on growth and engagement
• Collaborate with leadership on monthly content planning and campaigns

🎯 Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing social media for a brand, business, or nonprofit
• Strong writing and storytelling skills
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Experience using Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
• Passion for community impact, youth empowerment, and nonprofit work
