Finance Volunteer

Born with almost no control over how or with whom they live their lives, women and girls in Rajasthan, India are finding ways to leap over barriers based on class, caste, and gender through the programs of the grassroots Indian organization Sambhali Trust. Our team at Sambhali U.S. is proud to support their efforts and honored to tell the stories of the women and girls of Sambhali.

We are seeking volunteers with accounting expertise to assist our Treasurer with one or more of the following on an ongoing basis:

1) Tax preparation at year end (annually)

(2) QuickBooks transaction recording (monthly)

(3) Preparation of financial statements, and presentation (monthly preparation and quarterly presentation)

(4) management of state fundraising registrations (several times throughout the year)

Separately, we are seeking a CPA who can perform a compilation of our yearly financials as required for one of our state registrations.
