Volunteers will be assigned to assist with directing traffic as families prepare to participate in our drive-through food distribution. Food distributions take place rain or shine.
Food distributions are critical connection points for our community to receive needed groceries - we will make every effort to stay open for these distributions. We have two active models, a client-choice and a drive-thru food distribution. Individuals and Teams are welcome! Please only volunteer if you have responded to an opportunity. Orientation and training are included in each shift.
Traffic Team is open to adults only.
About Food Distribution
Our 'We've Got Your Back' program supports food-insecure children and their families in Southern California by providing weekend nutrition assistance, ensuring vital food access for hundreds of families each week through school referrals and partnerships. Opportunities supporting this program include, but are not limited to, our drive-thru food distribution events and assistance with sorting and preparing food for distribution, including fresh produce, and our backpack program with nonperishable food options.

¿Cómo llegar?
Parking Instructions: We kindly request all volunteers to park in our back parking lot, located behind our warehouse building. Please pull into the driveway to the left of our building by the tall green volunteer sign. Please DO NOT pull into the driveway to the right of our building, this is where participants begin lining up to receive food. If you pull into this driveway, you run the risk of being blocked in. Once parked, enter through our Courtyard gates in the center of campus and navigate to the Volunteer HUB to the right to check-in for your shift and a brief group orientation.
