Phone Calls for Hospice

Enhabit Hospice is looking for an individual who can make Tuck-in-calls to patient's caregivers once a week on Wednesday or Thursdays during office hours. These calls involve checking in on our patients before the weekend to ensure they have everything they need and filling out a simple form to document the call. In the event that a patient/caregiver expresses a need, the volunteer will pass the information on to the volunteer coordinator.

This individual would also make calls each week to confirm RSVP's for Enhabit's Memorial Service which takes place in September.
